Join Claire Pascal (she/they) and Caitlin Pascucci (she/her) for Gather: A Sangha Community Retreat! We love gathering and getting together at Sangha and not only is retreat an integral part of the yoga practice, gathering together is a part of what makes Sangha, sangha!! This will be a weekend getaway filled with community, connection, bon fires, yoga philosophy and asana. Retreats are always co-created by the group who attends and takes shape as we get to know each other!
This two night, three day weekend excursion is at Good Commons in Plymouth, VT. A cute little retreat center just a few hours away from Burlington. Far enough to feel like we left. Close enough to make it back by Monday. This weekend is for you if you:
All activities are optional. Each morning will start with a morning meditation, followed by either breakfast or a morning yoga practice. In the afternoon, there will be lots of time to hike the surrounding trails and natural areas, participate in optional group activities, or explore the town of Plymouth. We will gather again as a group for the evening; yoga, dinner, and a group activity for the night. There is also a hot tub and fire pit for us to use in the evenings. We are a community solar powered facility (our array is in Townsend, VT). Our primary heat source is solar power as well. We upgraded all of our weatherization in January of 2015. It is our policy to continue to seek improvements by conserving energy, water, and other natural resources; reducing waste generation; recycling and purchasing recycled products; and reducing our use of toxic materials. We are committed to pollution prevention, continual improvement and meeting or exceeding all environmental regulatory requirements. |
