Here's what you need to know when joining us for an outdoor class:
BYOM: Please bring your own mat and props to class! If you don't have your own mat, we can lend you one for class. We do not bring additional props off location because they can get lost or dirty so please bring your own if you'd like to use them! If there's something you don't have that you'd like to use, contact us ahead of time and we'll do our best to get you all set up with what you need for class.
No-show Policy: We ask that if for any reason you aren't able to make it to an outdoor class that you are registered for, that you cancel your reservation through Union.fit at least 2 hours before the class start time. This gives enough time for someone else to sign up for class and attend. With limited class capacity, it's important to us that folks who are ready and want to come to attend class are able to do so.If you need to cancel with less than 2 hours notice, members will be charged a no-show/late cancelation fee of $5 and drop-in class donations will act as a no-show/late cancelation fee.
Weather Policy: If there is bad weather (too cold, too wet, too hot), class will take place inside the studio associated with the class! We will update the class location in Union.fit and send an email to all registrants at least 60-minutes in advance of the class start time if we choose to move the class inside.
Don't forget the little things! You may want to bring things like a water bottle, bug spray, or sun screen. We are SO EXCITED to see you this summer outside for classes!!
