During morning meditation, we will gently settle into the class for the first couple minutes, waking up together, checking in with everyone to see how you're feeling, where you're at this morning.
Then, we'll briefly set up the guided practice and we'll meditate for 15-20 minutes. Themes will include compassion exercises, attentional skills training, visualization, and growing positivity in the mind and body while releasing tension (may vary by class interest). We'll wrap up by coming together once more, reflecting and sharing our experiences, and finally send you off with support for your day! |
