This retreat is ideal for anyone looking to find refuge in yoga, community, and a beautiful weekend in the Adirondacks. Expect to enjoy nourishing home-cooked meals prepared by a private chef, replenishing yoga and meditation practices, and ample quiet time for reflection and connection. When we’re not practicing, you can enjoy 15 acres of serene woodland tucked away in the foothills of the Adirondack mountains, soak in the hot tub, hang out with friends around the campfire, or simply relax in a private or communal space.
With ample options for activities each day, this is your weekend to rejuvenate and connect in whatever way feels best to you. Join us this fall in the Adirondack mountains to return to your Self, your practice, and your sangha.
