Livestream Classes

Giving the Gift of complimentary yoga to your employees when it works best for them. Employees will be able to choose from Choose from 100+ LIVE streaming classes that range from 30-75 minutes

$7/online class

Prices cover administrative costs (time for communication, coordination with host & teacher, programming & billing) & teacher compensation. While these are suggested rates, we are willing to have a conversation & do our best to work within your budget. 

Group Privates

We specialize a class for your team while they work from home. You choose the time & day and class length & style. Class options can include: chair yoga, workplace oriented yoga, a slow all-levels practice or a faster-pace flow class. ​​

All class bundles include the following: 

• Practice adapted towards your specific group’s needs - gentle stretching, chair yoga, or a flowing mat practice are some options.  
• Access to free online resources to practice on your own time
• Recording of class practice for employees to access for one week
