Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or are a seasoned practitioner, you are invited to join your Sangha on it’s first ever virtual mindfulness retreat. This immersive experience is a chance to re-new your relationship with mindfulness as we settle into the Spring months. This retreat will offer a variety of sitting meditation, movement practices, as well as reflective exercises and group sharing. Come as you are. This virtual retreat will be from 10:00AM-4:30 PM (ET) with ample breaks to encourage downtime from the screen and to balance needs. It will be led by your mindful meditation teachers, Lo, Alex, and Parker.
