Our 60-minute Yoga for Veterans class includes breathing, movement, and mindfulness. It is an accessible flow class with postures of strength and physicality for veterans of all levels, whether it’s your first time doing yoga or your hundredth time! Class can easily be transferred from a yoga mat to a chair, or in any way that will allow you to feel the most comfortable and supported in your yoga practice. All props provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a friend or any support person with them.
As part of Sangha’s effort to bring more of their Service Programs into the studio, these classes are free to participants.
