Students can expect a combination class — the first part of class will build heat with sun salutations, standing poses, and core work. The second half of class we will slow down and focus on supporting the body and mind, both literally and figuratively, with props. Throughout all of class breath work will be a primary focus, allowing this practice to truly become a moving meditation.

All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.
