In this class we practice the art of moving the body in order to prepare for meditation. Class will start with a 30-40 minute flow to release energy and prepare our body and mind for the state of meditation. Each class will focus on different styles of meditation — sitting, lying down, guided, quiet, and others. The intention of this class is to explore meditative techniques while igniting the body and purifying the soul.
All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.
