Kate Hudspeth (MA, RYT, RCYT) has a passion for building community and making yoga accessible to all. She uses yoga to help students increase their confidence, reduce stress, and develop healthy habits that will serve them in every area of their lives. She is known for her enthusiastic and encouraging teaching style. Her classes are dynamic yoga flows developed with the intention of inspiring the balance between pushing limits and relaxing into the process.
