Kaitlyn was initially drawn to the practice of yoga as a form of exercise. As she continued to attend group classes, her intention for showing up quickly shifted when she noticed the positive effects yoga was spreading throughout her life both on and off the mat. As her practice grew, her journey inward began. Cultivating and building a relationship with herself led her to a degree of self-love she didn’t realize was possible.Kaitlyn is inspired to share this transformational practice with her students and continue to learn alongside them. She offers a strong alignment-based asana practice that incorporates intelligent cues and hands-on adjustments, while also encouraging students to listen to their inner teacher and have fun through the process. Her aim is to leave students feeling inspired, balanced and tapped into their body’s intelligence.
