Danielle is a dancer, choreographer, and aspiring clinical social worker, who recently completed Sangha’s 200 hour teacher training—all powerful tools, she believes, in aiding us to befriend our hearts, minds, and bodies.
Living with and managing a chronic illness, Danielle understands how unique and precious one’s physicality is. By sharing a practice that is slow, subtle, and strong, she aims to cultivate a space in which others can access and trust the wisdom within their embodied experience.
In her own practice, Danielle enjoys creative sequencing, specific and nuanced strengthening, props, and stillness. She strives to bring these aspects of practice to students in an accessible environment that is both challenging and empowering.
