Brandy is a yoga instructor, writer, and body positive activist. As an instructor at Sangha Studio, Brandy brings a playful, upbeat energy to her classes. From beyond the studio walls, laughter is heard whenever Brandy is teaching. Her classes are a light-hearted, playful time for yogis of all levels.
With Brandy, there’s no wrong way to do yoga. It’s all about discovering what feels good in your body. If you want to smile, laugh, breathe, and have a whole bunch of fun in your body, then you won’t want to miss her classes!
Training Details: Brandy trained at Yoga Vermont under the instruction of Kathy McNames. She has also practiced with renowned Ashtanga Yogi David Williams and with Chelsea Roff and the Eat Breath Thrive organization. Brandy is a E-RYT 200 and RYT 500.
