Alison has been an avid yoga student and practitioner since she took her first Hatha yoga course during college in 2004. She found the breathwork to create an inner calm and dialogue unique from her other athletic endeavors.
Over the years, she has loved yoga’s constant ability to bring wellness and clarity into her life through both asana practice and philosophy. She enjoys a strong home practice so expect to take home little nuggets of yogic wisdom or skills to work on for asana development outside the studio. She strives to provide an environment for centering and growth. Classes are strong vinyasa flows with plenty of balancing postures to up the fun factor.
A forever student, Alison recently took the leap to complete her 200 hour YTT with Sangha Studio in 2017. She particularly love the community, joy, and support that Sangha Studio has created in her life and hopes to share that with others.
