Abi’s style of teaching aims at both physical and metal stability and strength. She will guide you into effort and allow you the space to find your own ease. She believes that your body and your mind are your true lifelong companions, thus cultivating a strong and loving relationship with both is crucial to your wellbeing.
Abi is 200-hour trained yoga teacher and has almost completed her 300-hour YTT from Kripalu. She completed her YTT in 2014 and from there began and ran the Yoga program at St.Lawernce University until she completed her education in 2016. She now teaches across the Burlington area offering an array of yoga practices. Abi also works at UVM Medical in the mental health field.
