John teaches with a light-hearted, supportive style and has been sharing his teaching in Vermont since 2002. He loves to help students not only develop and grow as yoginis, but also grow as positive contributors to society. John believes the practice of yoga unveils the innate goodness in all of us. His classes reflect what he thinks the world as a whole should be – people being together, having a good time, and sharing the joy of community and connection.
