Dharma Discussion is a monthly event open to everyone who wishes to deepen their growth as spiritual practioners. Each event will start or end with a short meditation. During each discussion, a predetermined topic will be presented (you can find each topic ahead of time by checking our social media if desired, though no prior research is required). Topics will revolve around discussing yogic philosophies and practices and the ways in which we weave these into our modern world. Come and simply listen or join in the conversation as you wish.
