Blair finds that if she doesn’t move her body every single day she gets pretty cranky! Her love for yoga springs from her love of not being cranky.
Blair got her yoga certification at Yoga to the People in NYC (a donation based studio!) in 2008. After a short stint in the city she moved to Houston Texas where she taught powerful Vinyasa flows at Jenny Yoga, Blue Tree Yoga, Free Day of Yoga Houston and the Texas Yoga conference. While in Texas she practiced at many studios and in many stiles including Baptiste, Kundalini, Hot Yoga, and a whole crazy array of Powerful Flows.
Blair moved to Vermont in 2012 and started a career in real estate which had her out of the teaching scene for a few years. During this time she loved practicing at Sangha Studio and learning the practice of Ashtanga at Yoga Vermont. Blair is excited to be back in a teaching role and to bring her creative energy to classes. Blair’s classes are often swiftly paced and energetic.
When not on the yoga mat you can find Blair inside of many different stranger’s homes or painting up a storm and ripping out 1970’s toilets in rentals/foreclosures with her fiance Matt.
